We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers).
Video files and analysis results (scores, metrics, visualisations) are retained in your workspace until someone with permission deletes them, or until the workspace is closed. Deleting a video from the library removes the stored file as well as its analysis.
We use Supabase (EU region) for data storage. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below, and we will action it. Account closure is handled by your workspace administrator or by us on request; there is no self-service delete-my-account control in the application.
Attention DNA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify registered users of material changes by email.
