Attention DNA is a research and analytics platform that applies brain encoding models to video content to generate cognitive engagement metrics. It is intended for content researchers, marketers, and media professionals.
You may use Attention DNA to analyse video content for research, marketing intelligence, and content optimisation purposes. You agree not to:
Attention DNA may retrieve publicly available content from third-party platforms (such as Meta Ad Library) for analysis purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such data complies with the terms of service of those platforms and applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Attention DNA platform, including its brain encoding models, UI, and analysis outputs, is owned by BoostOS. You retain ownership of any content you submit. Analysis results generated by the platform are provided to you for your own use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Brain encoding scores are probabilistic estimates based on neuroscience research and should be interpreted as directional signals, not absolute measurements. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered users where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
